At LYOXYL, we are committed to your satisfaction. As a dropshipping-based store, our products are shipped directly from our global suppliers. We do offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions, outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund or replacement if:

Your order has not arrived within 30 days (for Saudi Arabia) from the order confirmation date

The product is unused, in original condition and packaging (in cases where returns are allowed)
Note: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
2. How to Request a Refund

4. Exchanges
We do not process exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will send you a free replacement at no extra cost.
5. Return Shipping

If a return is requested, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our side.
