1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location in Saudi Arabia.

2. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can request a cancellation by emailing us immediately. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. Use it to monitor the progress of your package.

4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product. We’ll review the issue and offer a refund or replacement.

5. Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or not as described. Please read our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Currently, we do offer Cash on Delivery.
